mayoiga Episode 6 review

Guys, Can we talk about Mayoiga? Like REALLY talk about it. Seriously WHAT THE FUCK is going on? For starters No one on the cast is likeable.  The main three are fucking annoying, the others are expendable and even some that are half-way like able are just plain cut and dry its just like why are they even there!

Anyway this episode takes place after main dude(Mitsumune) and main chic (Masaki) excaping after Masaki help Mitsumune escape a sneak attack from 4 of the other member who think he help one of the member they had locked up escape. Before episode 5 ends Mitsumune see a huge giant monster and the episode ends. In this week episode the four that tried to attack Mitumune goes to look for him after they see that the fire that was set by masaki to smoke them out was a controlled fire so no harm.

Shit get weird after they go to look for them.  Each of the four who went to go look for mitsumune ran into a monster who was a physical representation of what they were afraid of.

 For Love pon it was a demon that was suppose to be a drawing on a bottle one of the monks who visited her mom would drink.

For Nyanta its a huge fucking bee! But its only because she was tied up and one of her bullies shot a bee nest down on her face

For Jigoku no Gouka(stupid name but there are others in the group with worst names) Its a blob of Silicone

 And for Mikage it was this monstrosity of a fucking train (also his form of failure)

they somehow meet up with the others but they are so shaken up by what they have been chased by that its hard for them to talk. Before the episode ends Koharun(the person who gave that shitty shitty anoying person the map to the place) tell the group that while looking at a few flies that were at the place Masaki name came up in a missing person article and that Masaki may or may not be a ghost.

Besides those fucked up monsters that were chasing the four, this episode was slightly better than the previous. The monsters that was chasing the four were each a personal fear of each character a during the chase we got a flashback which added somewhat dept to them. Those flashback made me somewhat have new found tolerance for these characters but they are all still annoying. Now as for Masaki being or not being a ghost i really don't care but i do think she might have something to do with this fucked up village.

I don't know. Hopefully next week they actually start explain shit and stop adding more shit to this shit.

Spring anime 2016-Honorable Mentions

Pan de peace

These four girls have one thing in common. THEY LIKE BREAD. That it. It doesn't matter what kind of bread it is these four girl have a love for it. its a short so i wasn't expecting much from it. Hell the main girl even goes as far as to call her friends 'Bread buddies"


High School Fleet/HaiFuri

Do you like ship? Wanna see High school girls be on ship? Did you somewhat like kancolle? perfect! HaiFuri follows a group of high school girls attend a school where at the end of it all they will either graduate to become captain of their own ship or for one girl become a captian of the blue mermaids. However at the end of the first episode during a training exercise  on the boat these girls get mutinize out at sea and now have to figure out a way to 1) to tell their school the truth 2) to get back alive. Its a good show but its characters are kinda boring.



Kuma Miko

Kuma Miko Is a slice of life anime that follows  around a girl name Machi who is also a Miko  and a Bear(Yes a actual bear) name Natsu and their daily life in a secluded villiage in the mountains and their interaction with the towns people. Its a nice show art wise but it falls flat with me.


Sansha Sanyou/ Three Leaves, Three Colors

This anime follows a former rich girl name Yoko Nishikawa who ends up being friends with Teru Hayama the class president and Shinobu/Hanekawa lookalike and Futaba Odagiri another Shasha blouse but with bread. Its a comedy slice of life and it funny at times however its nothing we havent seen before.


Anne Happy/ Unhappy

This anime follows five unlucky girls who are unlucky in different ways and are all in the same class  who sole purpose is to make people of the class Happy.  The only reason our main girl (purple hair girl) is in the class is because she is in love with a construction sign.  Its a comedy/slice-of-life anime. the show is pretty good and i ment to added it to my pt 2 anime list so i thought i tack it on here.
it keep hinting on it being a darker anime at times but somehow its comedy aspect keep it on its tracks.

Spring Anime 2016 First impression Pt 2

so we are in the second week of the spring anime line up. I did check out Big Order but im not gonna watch it so there that.

Kyoukai no Rinne season 2

Mostly a continuation of the second season with more added characters! Hopefully this season we get a actually boss. The first episode introduce us to another new character ageha black cat Oboro (Takahashi these name! i swear) we get some background on the two and by the end they make up it was a good first episode to me.

Tanaka-kun  Wa Itsumo Kedaruge/ Tanaka-Kun is always Listlist

This little slice-of-life anime is about one boys quest(Tanaka-kun) to be the worlds most laziest man ever. In gym, on a field, in a classroom, on the streets!! if it looks comfortable to him he will sleep there! I like this show. I don't know what i was expecting but this is a good show.

Koutetsujou No Kabaneri/ Kanbaneri of the iron fortress

Did you like Attack on titans?  Do you like trains and zombies? Perfect! plot wise im still not sure but for the most part it involves what seems like zombie like creatures  and it takes place in lo japan. We have a man character who looks like a cross between any male lead from a Otsuma Tezuka anime or manga and Akira, For the most part it seem like it going to be one of the big three break out show this seasons.

Joker Game

This is set in 1937 Japan and is set around  group of elite spies for a company who trains spies to go around the world collecting secrets. The main protagonist somehow ends up in the company but has a tough time struggling with doing what he deems is the right thing to do and what the he learn from the company to do. It seem boring from the outside but as you keep watching it, it does get intense. Its another one that i think will be a big hit for this season.


Kiznaiver

Did you ever what others to know how you feel? Do you want others to share your pain? Well this is the anime for you. Another anime by Studio Trigger but this one has more of structed  plot wise than luluco and it revolves around a boy who is unable to feel pain and by the end of the episode he now share pain with seven of his other classmate who are now part of this Kiznaiver project. Two anime from trigger that are good we lucked out this year.

Spring Anime 2016 First impression

With the winter season way behind us and with the majority of the spring anime already on their second episode(yea i know im fuckin late sue me)  im here to bring you what i will be checking out and what i think about each first show. Mayoiga/Lost Villiage

This show has a bunch of useless people and only 3-4 main people that we should really give a fuck about. The first episode takes place on a 30 mim bus ride to a unknown village so that the people on the village can start over. Only two of the people decided to get on the bus to prove that the village doesn't exist. The show remind me of Another mixed with higurashi no naku koro no ni.  Im interested to see where its going  but it doesn't really look promising.


Uchuu Patrol Luluco/ Space patrol Luluco

 Space Patrol Luluco follows middle schooler Luluco who aparently lives on a planet where space aliens are the majority and humans are the minority. She aims for a normal life but due to her fathers job at the space patrol she some how ends up working for the company by the end of the first episode. This show was made by studio Trigger and is a Short (only 7-8 min per episode) for the most part it good it has traces of Pantystocking and i think the cop at the space patrol is suppose to be a nod to Inferno cop but if you are a fan of Triggers work you will want to check this out

Gyakuten Saiban Sono Shinjitsu Igi Ari/Ace Attorney

Yep. We got a Ace Attorney anime. This was clearly made for the fans and those who played the Ace attorney games.  While the first episode was decent. you can tell where they cut corners i mean if you don't want to watch this show you can play the games it really doesn't matter since the first episode plays out like a fucking game! Im going to watch because i never played the games so i want to see what they hype is about.


Sakamoto Desu ka?/ Haven't you heard? I'm Sakamoto.

 Take all the male lead in any shoujo anime add a hint of Kuroshitsuji  plus  comortie high and add the rule of cool plus 10 and you have Sakamoto. SERIOUSLY!!! Sakamoto is way too extra to the point he turns one guy who was bullyin him gay(no lie)  Sakaomoto is just to cool for the show it funny. It like he competing to be the coolest man who ever cool. For fuck sakes the opening song is called "Coolest" like seriously?! Its a good show so yeah im going to watch.

Bungou Stray Dogs

Take all the historical Japanese writes from the past add a hint of CLAMP you get this show. The main characters are named after historical writes in japan and their powers comes from either stories or books they have written. This show reminds me of Clamp's XXXholic a bit but it mostly reminds me of their manga Drug which while the main characters didn't have historical based names did have the same supernatural based story that this anime has.

ERASED final thoughts

This  was one of the best show of the winter season. After its first episode Erased became one of the most over-hyped anime for the winter seasons and it was rightfully so, From start to fished Erased was a thrill ride mystery all revolving around Satarou his ability to us "Revial" to go back in time and some how him ended up in the year 1988 to save Kayo from being abused and murdered. Without spoiling the ending too much alot of people weren't really happy with the ending some even calling it the NTR or  Netorare ending because of who Kayo ends up with after the 15 year time skip after episode 10.

 Episode 12 to me was bring all the events to a full close. While i don't agree with who kayo ends up with not because of all the wasted efforts Satorou went through to save her but because her choice is so weird But,  it does follow the manga so yeah. They did manage to catch the killer and while they couldn't charge him with the crimes hes committed 15 years ago they charged him with attempted murder (mostly do to this long drawn out screen between the two that turn not only awkward, but kinda weird, stupid and somewhat boarding pedo but mostly stupid) and yes the Killer is who you though it was.

The episode end with Airi meeting Satarou under the bridge they took shelter when he was first hiding at away from the cops during the first time line. Airi ask satarou if she can take shelter with him from the snow and a over joyed satarou says yes  and then the episode ends.

ERASED was one of the better shows of the winter season. Good beginning, Steady Middle and Good ending. While everyone doesn't like it i feel it completed the events from the series. The last episode from the manga-ka words was going to follow the manga but not to the T. I still love this show and i am going to check out the manga

Divine Gate Final thoughts

Divine Gate is the best comedy of the winter season. What's that? "But Divine Gate isn't a comedy its a ACTION anime" you say? Let me explain why this piece of shit is the best comedy of the winter season but to do that let me go back and explain what this show was "SUPPOSE"  to be.

Divine gate was suppose to be a action anime revolving around three people the main characters Alto, midori and Akane trying to get to the gate. Each has their own personal reason as to why they want to reach the gate and as each episode progress it is made clear. The first few episode were solid footing as to what this show COULD have been. Then episode seven happen and from then on out it became a FUCKING DISASTER!


Side note Underline Alto water bending teacher COULD see that charlie st cloud ghost child thing that has been following Alto since the first episode.

So Alto Finally meets up with his brother who we find out or i find out is his twin but to be honest any one of male charters of the Knight of the Round with the exception of the old guy could have been alto brother i mean most of the males of the Knight had BLOND HAIR for fuck sakes.  Their meeting was so weird but it ends with his brother somehow making a water version of AOT 3D maneuvering gear to fight Alto and alto trying to kill him before he escapes.

So the gang reach the gate which turn out to be a big ol scale  measuring human subconscious and conscious and grants the person wish. Did they use it? FUCKING NOPE! All because Ginki aka foruth child (that is literally what the counsel called him) came gave some long speech about how they needed the counsel and all of a sudden everyone decided to NOT use the gate.


At the end lancelot who we though was dead(and we seen get stab) is now some what immortal along with the other knight as he informs the gang that they are all alive.  The last episode ends with clips of what each characters is presently doing and it ends with the most bullshit cliff hanger ever!

Semi Anime Review- JapanfunBox(pic heavy)

Usually if you have been following this blog for a while my "Semi anime reviews" are reviews that i do that have something to do with anime slightly mostly they focus on snacks or items made in japan that somewhat revolve around anime or otaku culture.


JapanFunBox is a new box straight out from Osaka Japan. From their Facebook page they just started around 2015 so its been around for little over a couple of months.

There are three plans you can choose from

The Mini which include 5-7 full size items. The original which has 15-20 full size item and a DIY kit and the family which has 25-30 full size items 2 diy kits and 2 special items be it a drink, gasapon, or adult theme candy (like otoko pocky)

I gotten my box Near the end of January into the second week of this month. This is their Original Box BTW

       Alfort Chocolate i loved it and im really looking online for a place beside amazon that sell it for a reasonable price. Dars Chocolate. I had it before its simular to a heresey chocolate bar but its cut up in pieces already in the box so no fuss trying to breaking it up. Tomato pretz while it was ok im not really a fan of it.  Pizza Potato Chips. I LOVED it and i wish they would have sent two.

           In the pink package on the left premium Umai-bo Mentako taste. If it wasn't for this box i would have never known there was a premium version!! I love this as well. I really wish i hadn't eaten it so fast. The regular Umai-bo was standard sugar rush flavor(whatever that means) but i love umai-bo so much i could just eat that

 The Four crackers in the middle are Yuki-no-yado crackers made with Hokkaido Milk and to be honest if they didn't have that milky taste to them i would have thrown them away. They fair well with coffee or tea. The package with the strawberry on it is Gum-Ichigo which was good and flavorful. The Ume-Pachi the package next to it im not a fan mostly because its plum flavor. Another thing im not a fan of was the Yakiniki-ya-san taro(the gold package on the top left) and  the mayo taro(orange package top left) both of which i threw away i had the first one before in a different box and i didn't like it then.

               Shimada-no-Ramune. this was a weirdly good candy. I say weirdy because first the container is covered in the candies dust. Secondly instead of bitting into the candy you suck on it or can let it melt in your mouth and you can taste its (from what i taste) lemon/lime flavor. Its kinda fun to eat to me. Kitkat Sweetpotato.  Yes these are the kind you have to bake.

       The one DIY kit. Kracie Popin Cookin cake DIY. I haven't made this yet mostly due to the fact im saving it for a rainy day. HI-CHEW Grape. I gave it to my sister im really not a fan of hi-chew. Gaburi Chow Deep Sea Taste.  Apparently the blue package was suppose to be a "Deep Sea" taste and this was their limited edition flavor as well so i was hesitant to taste but when i did it tasted like a blueberry laffy taffy. It was good.

      Tohato Carmel Corn Green tea milk Taste.  I don't really know if this is limited edition but it smell of green tea strongly mostly because it made with uji green tea and condensed milk. Its ok if you are craving green tea.

Kaki-no-tane wasabi taste. I ate this the first day i got the box and yes you can really taste the wasabi. There was only a few peanuts in the package which did little to offset the taste of wasabi. I ended up throwing the rest away due to the fact there was more wasabi peanuts i knew i wasn't going to eat.
